Custom and personalized orders

Please visit the personalized tab to order custom pieces. You can leave a note in checkout with the exact text you want on your piece(s).

Care instructions

Brass might tarnish over time if not treated properly. Please refrain from exposing jewelry to harsh chemicals, salt water, sunscreen, or lotions. Periodic cleaning of jewelry helps lengthen the life of the jewelry. You may use Dawn soap and water to clean your piece. Using a polishing cloth once a week will maintain luster with your piece and keep it clean.

Sterling silver and 14k Gold pieces will need to be cleaned with a soft cloth once a week.

Gift wrapping and packaging

All pieces come with three packaging options:

Option 1: Plastic bag only. Orders will ship with pieces in plastic bags.

Option 2: Plastic bag and box. Orders will ship with pieces in a plastic bag and packaged in a Kraft box (or pillow box for plant stakes). Note, if you want multiple pieces in one box, select option 2 for one item, option 1 for the rest, and leave a note in checkout stating you want all packaged together.

Option 3: Gift wrapped box. Orders will ship with pieces in a plastic bag and packaged and wrapped in a Kraft box. Note, if you want multiple pieces in one box, select option 3 for one item, option 1 for the rest, and leave a note in checkout stating you want all gift wrapped together.

Issues with shipping

Currently the USPS is experiencing severe delays due to cuts to overtime, COVID-19. Most packages are arriving on time, but delivery dates quoted by Etsy are not guaranteed. Once an item is in possession of USPS, I can not control the speed of shipping.

You can choose text or email tracking updates at usps.com, these will not only keep you updated on where your package is, it also helps to keep your package moving along in a timely manner. Please message me if you need help signing up for this.

While I have no extra resources to see where your package is if it appears stuck in transit, I’m happy to file for email updates, internal inquiries, and missing mail searches.

Returns

I allow returns and exchanges on unworn/unused items (excluding custom items and final sale items) within 2 weeks of delivery. Shipping is paid by the customer. Returns will have a 10% restocking fee.

Stamping on both sides

I am not currently offering stamping on both sides of pieces.

Ring sizing

Please refer to ring sizing charts in pictures and item details. Rings are open ended, so they can be adjusted up or down a half size. In stock rings may be exchanged for another size, but will require a $7.50 charge for restocking, cleaning, and shipping fees.

Shipping information

Shipping may have delays due to COVID-19 and cuts to postal workers overtime. Once an item ships, I am unable to control shipping speed or delays.

First Class Shipping takes 3-10 business days and does not come with insurance. You may select an additional insurance fee during checkout to cover the cost of a lost package.

Priority shipping now takes 3-4 business days and comes with insurance.

Priority Express shipping takes 1-2 business days and comes with insurance. If a package is not delivered in that window, contact me.

Lost packages that are marked as delivered will not be refunded unless you select First Class shipping with insurance or either Priority shipping. Investigations will be made with USPS before refunds will be made.

Communication

Please ensure when you place an order that you have the correct address and relevant information I might need for a custom order/back of keychain text. If you realize after checkout that you left out information or used an old address, please message me so I can update your order.

If I see that there is not enough information to complete your order, I will reach out to you via Facebook messaging or email. Please check your messages, as a delay in response could mean that your order will ship later than quoted.

Invoices

I don't include invoices in orders, this is to cut down on paper waste. These can easily be accessed through your email or under Purchases in your Etsy account.
